IT Specialist

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Set up and maintain workstations, devices, and networks.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT problems.
  • Assist with implementing IT security protocols.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome).
  • Basic knowledge of hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with Windows and macOS.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Good command of English.
