The Senior Project Manager oversees the full lifecycle of localization projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery. They mentor Project Managers/Coordinators, enhance processes, and maintain strong client relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end localization projects with global teams.
  • Train and support new team members.
  • Improve workflows and document best practices.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and maintain strong communication.
  • Provide reports and insights to senior management.
Requirements
  • 5+ years in localization.
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CAT tools & TMSs.
  • Leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
