Sending Your Source Project
We have received your project request either via e-mail or through our website’s form.
Project Analysis and Proposal
Your project is analyzed in terms of word count, complexity and other aspects (depending on project type) in order to properly estimate the time and cost for completion.
Your Project has Started
Your project is assigned to the appropriate department and our project managers remain in constant communication as we work on completing the task you have entrusted to us
Approve the Project and Pay
Your project is sent back to you for review. Invoice sent upon your final approval of the project’s quality.

Our resources work with the latest, most advanced and updated tools, such as: Across, MemoQ, Trados and Transit. For a full list of tools pertaining to each type of project, please take a look at our “Services”.
The daily output limit for each project will – of course – vary, depending on the specific language pair as well as the complexity of the project / subject.
However, on average, we are able to produce between 15,000 – 20,000 words everyday per language pair.
Our project management department works in shifts in order to be available to you from Sunday to Friday, everyday from 9 am – 10 pm GMT.
